I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were really helpful until exactly 2 p.m., but the side of the bed was far too hot. The service was very welcoming near Osanbashi Pier, but there was a minor letdown before entering the restaurant. The location was excellent for exploring Yokohama, with great access to many attractions. The dining options were limited to the hotel restaurant, but the quality was excellent. The facilities overall were good, though not outstanding.
